By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Crave (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Crave is a user-generated content service. Dishes, photos, tags, comparisons, and delivery factors you submit are "User Content." You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content you grant Crave a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting purposes), publicly display, and distribute that User Content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content, except to the extent it has been incorporated into derivative aggregations (such as city leaderboards or ELO ratings) where removal is not technically practicable.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or any third party's rights.

You can report any dish listing directly from its detail page in the Crave app (overflow menu → "Report dish"). Reports route to moderation@crave.app and are reviewed within 24 hours. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other enforcement action at our discretion, consistent with our Content Policy.
If you believe content on Crave infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@crave.app containing: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) a URL or identifier of the infringing material on Crave, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Crave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, free of errors, or free of harmful components. Delivery experiences, restaurant information, and ratings are submitted by users and are not independently verified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crave and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice through the Service or by another reasonable means. Continued use of Crave after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Questions or notices about these Terms should be sent to legal@crave.app.
