Crave is a dish-ranking app for people who eat on the road. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We keep it short on purpose.
Crave is operated as an independent iOS application available on the Apple App Store. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@crave.fyi.
We collect only what's necessary to run the app:
We do not collect contacts, browsing history, health data, financial information, or any data unrelated to your use of the app.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Crave uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.
We do not integrate advertising SDKs, social tracking pixels, or any other third-party data brokers.
Your account data and content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or where content has been incorporated into anonymized aggregations (such as city ELO rankings) that cannot be reversed.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@crave.fyi. We will respond within 30 days.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).
Crave is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data to Crave, please contact us at hello@crave.fyi and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and provide notice through the app. Continued use of Crave after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
